What do I get for ₹299 and for ₹499?

₹299 buys the complete issue as a PDF — the same pages as the printed journal, delivered to you as a download. ₹499 buys the printed journal itself, posted to your address in India.

You choose the format on the product page before adding the issue to your basket.

How soon can I read a digital issue?

As soon as your payment is confirmed. Because UPI payments are checked by hand, there is normally a short wait between paying and the download being released. Once it is, the link appears under My account → Downloads and is emailed to you as well.

How long does a printed copy take to arrive?

Printed copies are made ready for dispatch once your payment is confirmed. Delivery time then depends on where in India you are — usually a few days to about a week. If your copy is taking longer than expected, contact us with your order number.

Do you post outside India?

Not at present — printed copies are sent within India only. If you are outside India, the digital PDF is available to you anywhere in the world.

Where do I find my download again later?

Sign in and go to My account → Downloads. Your PDF stays there and there is no limit on the number of times you may download it. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order email, or write to us and we will resend it.

Payment

How do I pay?

Payment is by UPI. At checkout a QR code appears — scan it with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your own bank’s UPI app and pay the exact order amount. On a phone you can tap Scan & Pay Now to open your UPI app directly.

What is the UPI reference number, and why do you need it?

After you pay, your UPI app shows a 12-digit reference or UTR number for the transaction. Entering it on the next screen lets us match your payment to your order. Without it we cannot confirm the payment, and your order will wait.

The money left my account but my order is not confirmed. What should I do?

Send us the 12-digit UPI reference number along with your order number and we will trace the payment. Email support@mansur.com, or call or WhatsApp +91 94720 59441. If the payment cannot be traced, we refund it in full.

Do you accept cards, net banking or cash on delivery?

At the moment UPI is the only payment method on the site. If UPI does not work for you, get in touch and we will arrange something.

Are my payment details safe?

Yes. The payment happens inside your own UPI app — this website never sees your card, bank or UPI PIN details. All we record is the reference number you enter afterwards.
